Brass plug on carb

I took out the white spacer. We drilled out the brass plug high up on the right side of the carb, as per Bruces intructions. NO SCREW inside! Help!! Do we now drill out the brass plug to the left and lower down on the right side of the carb? Where is the screw?Thanks!
